Appointments:

Please use the online booking link to book your appointments. Lengths of service appointment times are listed when booking, please make note of this when booking your appointment. Please call or text with any questions that you may have about booking your appointments.

New lash clients, if you have had your lashes done previously by another artist, I always want to book a “full set” with you for your first appointment with me. This ensures us plenty of time for the consultation and for me to complete your lash service and give you the most beautiful lashes I can that are customized just for you.

*If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.

Lash Appointment Cancellations:

As a courtesy to your lash artist, and other clients, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your lash appointment. If a client cancels or reschedules less than 24 hours prior to their appointment, or if they no-show, the client will be charged the $50 booking deposit for lash appointments as a non-refundable cancellation fee. This will be charged to the card on file OR at your next appointment if there was no booking deposit for the cancelled/no-show appointment.

If a client cancels, reschedules, or no-shows 3 or more times with less than 24 hours notice, they may be asked to find another salon for their lash extension services.

Permanent make-up/tattoo appointments:

All PMU and tattoo appointments require a $100 booking deposit, this will be applied to your service at your appointment (touch up appointments also require the $100 deposit and the cancellation policy is the same). Cancellation or rescheduling of PMU or tattoo appointments must be done no later than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Any appointments that are no-showed or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the $100 as a non-refundable cancellation fee.

All PMU services require a consultation prior to booking the service. If you have had prior PMU work done, I need to see it in person to know if I can work over it or if it requires removal before more work can be done. This is to ensure you get your desired result and for the integrity of your skin.

All custom tattoo designs and sizes must be confirmed prior to your appointment so adequate time is scheduled for your next forever piece! Exceptions include tattoos from the gumball machine, the tattoo fishbowl, or flash sheet specials.

To receive PMU or tattoo services, you must be 18 years or older, valid ID is required at your appointment.

Not currently pregnant or breastfeeding. No history of epilepsy, other seizure disorders, uncontrolled diabetes, glaucoma (eyeliner procedure only), bleeding disorders, heart conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, herpes simplex/cold sores (lip blushing only), keloid scar formation.

Not on any type of blood thinning medication (baby aspirin is OK), not taking Accutane or steroids, no current or recent chemotherapy or radiation in the last year, lash serums (discontinue use for 30 days prior to eyeliner procedure),
